Happy Birthday Roger Earl! Earl (Born in 1946) is an English drummer, who played for British blues band Savoy Brown from 1967 to 1970, before becoming a founding member of blues rock band Foghat. He's the only member of Foghat to have stayed with the group continuously, and appeared on every album. Roger is famous for the giant mustache he maintained for many years, but it's gone now.
To celebrate Roger Earl's 64th birthday, I've chosen a song Foghat released in 1978. "Chevrolet" is the 'Today's Tune' for today. It doesn't show off this drummer's talents, but you know he's there, and it rocks.
