Capitals Playoff Games to be Broadcast
on WJFK 106.7 FM
Station also will air final three regular-season games

ARLINGTON, Va. – For the second consecutive year the Washington Capitals Stanley Cup playoff games will be broadcast on WJFK 106.7 FM. The station also will carry the Capitals remaining three regular-season games.
WJFK’s Caps coverage begins Tuesday, April 7, when Washington plays in Atlanta. WJFK will then broadcast the Washington at Tampa Bay game on Thursday April 9, and the Caps regular-season finale at Florida on Saturday, April 11. In addition to broadcasting the games, WJFK also will carry complete pre- and postgame shows.
Thursday’s game at Tampa Bay also will be broadcast by the Capitals regular-season radio partner, WFED 1500 AM.
The Capitals recently won their second consecutive Southeast Division championship and qualified for the Stanley Cup playoffs.
