The 2012 Singapore Grand Prix was the fourteenth race of 2012 Formula One. Marina Bay Street Circuit, the streets around the harbor area of Marina Bay in Singapore, was the home of this GP race on September 23, 2012.

The first three drivers to completely finish this race were as follows. Number one was Sebastian Vettel (Germany) of Red Bull Renault. Second through was Jenson Button (England) of McLaren-Mercedes. Fernando Alonso (Spain) from Scuderia Ferrari finished third.

Lewis Hamilton (England), in his McLaren-Mercedes, retired early yet again (gearbox). Though he's had more than his share of bad luck this year, Hamilton still held fourth place in championship driver points after this race.

The wrc.com review: Wales Rally GB
Posted at WRC.com on September 17, 2012

The agonising thing for Ford on Wales Rally GB was not just that it was the first factory win for 217 days, but also that it came frustratingly close to being a perfect one-two: a result that has eluded the works squad since Rally Australia one year ago...
