Happy 61st Birthday to guitarist, songwriter and singer Joe Walsh. Joe is a likable, somewhat goofy (in a lovable way) musical wonder. The old boy has been around. He's played for The James Gang, The Eagles and some solo stuff, as well. Hope he and The Eagles had a good set at Verizon Center in Washington, DC tonight.

In addition to being a great guitarist, Walsh was funny in his guest spots on the Drew Carey Show as a burnt out stoner.
His cameos on Drew Carey were some of the best bits of the show. Joe is an "Ordinary Average Guy", the kind of guy I'd like to just hang out with.
